Refunds work differently for each product, because what you receive differs. Find the one you bought below.
The Mandala Journal, $9
Not refundable. The complete PDF is delivered at the moment of purchase and cannot be returned. This is stated on the product page before you buy.
Your Practice, $29
Refundable within 14 days of purchase. Access to the paid practices ends when the refund is issued.
Meet the Moment, $19
Refundable within 14 days of purchase. Access to the scenarios ends when the refund is issued.
How to request a refund
Email hello@dhyanved.com from the address you used at checkout. Refunds return to the original payment method and usually take five to ten business days to appear, depending on your bank.
Duplicate purchases
If you buy the same product twice, the second payment is refunded automatically. You do not need to ask, and your access is unaffected.
If something did not work the way you expected, write in anyway, whatever the window says. We will look at it.
